How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your PCT Homework Helper account at any time directly within the app. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your parent account and login credentials
  • All child profiles associated with your account
  • All homework and tutoring session history
  • All saved questions and study notes
  • All account preferences and notification settings
  • Your subscription will be cancelled (access ends at billing period end)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Open the PCT Homework Helper app and sign in to your account.

Tap the "Settings" tab from the bottom navigation or app menu.

Scroll down to the "Account" section.

Tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page.

Read the warning and confirm that you understand the deletion is permanent.

Tap "Yes, Delete My Account" to complete the process.

You will be logged out immediately and your account will be permanently deleted.

Data Retention After Deletion

Most personal data is deleted immediately upon account deletion. Payment records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations.
